Raman Dua truly believes that every challenge can be converted into an opportunity. As a newcomer to Canada in 2003, he had little more than an MBA and a positive attitude. Discovering a passion and aptitude for the Real Estate business, he soon had his Realtor's License. In 2010, Raman's dream of offering clients the most effective and affordable services led him to establish his own brokerage. In just over a decade, his strong work ethic and business acumen have helped Save Max International grow from a basement start-up to a global Real Estate Brokerage.
Raman's desire to provide services that are a win-win choice for everyone involved has given birth to some truly innovative plans. Home Listings at an affordable price of $999, a Unique Partnership for realtors, and a revolutionary Franchise Model for non-licensed investors are just a few examples. The pioneering Game Changer Plan for Save Max agents rewards them for referrals and hires, and offers a guaranteed passive income during active service, post-retirement, and the Next Generation.
A relationship-oriented person, Raman believes in building long-term associations with his clients, realtors, franchises, and employees. Save Max upholds his belief and adds Honesty, Integrity and Trust to its corporate values and its work culture.
Raman is an avid reader, plays tennis, and uses meditation to maintain a work-life balance. He considers good health a priority, and his son, Krish helps test his fitness by using Raman as a punching bag.
Beyond his professional success, Raman works hard to give back to the community and funds the Krish Hope Foundation, providing resources for recreational/sports activities for about 100 children every year. He and Save Max organise fund-raising initiatives and have been actively involved in many social, cultural, and sporting events.
Raman is the recipient of many awards including the “Pride of India” and the Philip Kotler Award for Creative Marketing. Acknowledging his Indian roots, Raman is growing Save Max in India and beyond, building on his strategies and vision. He is looking forward to creating more success stories and believes that the world is full of opportunities for positive people.
